My name is Lee Cleaver and I am the creator of Cleaver Health & Fitness. After spending six years working as a professional rugby strength and conditioning coach I moved to sunny Cyprus to start a family and set up my own personal training business. Four years later and I launched Cleaver Health & Fitness. I found that although my clients repeatedly used my service, what they required from me was very basic. After a few weeks they were competent with their exercise technique, so all I was needed for was to design an effective training program and give some nutritional advice. This is why I decided to provide the same service online and set up Cleaver Health & Fitness.
HOW IS CLEAVER HEALTH & FITNESS DIFFERENT TO OTHER ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINERS?
I would like to think it is different because the primary objective is to help, not make money. I can honestly say my motive for studying sports science and working the jobs I have had to date has been to help people achieve their goals. I am not selling an exercise secret, or an exclusive new diet. I am providing a service where the basic science behind an effective training program and diet plan is explained. I want my users to develop a clear understanding of how a training program should be structured, and why you should avoid certain foods.
SO WHAT MAKES MY SERVICE CREDIBLE?
I am educated in the field of sport science at both undergraduate and postgraduate level, and I am continually studying and keeping up to date with current literature. I spent many years working in professional sport, training some of the UK’s best rugby players, and alongside some of the finest coaches in the sport. More recently I developed a successful personal training business in a tough economic climate, my biggest compliment to my service was never having to market myself, my reputation did it for me.
SO WHAT EXACTLY DO I OFFER?
Most people have a goal to either lose weight or build muscle. I offer pre-built or custom-built gym based training programs using free weights designed to achieve your objective. With either option you have the ability to access your training program in your gym, view video exercise demonstrations and log your progress. You can enjoy regular contact with me as we overcome any difficulties or problems together. In addition to training programs I offer pre-built diet plans designed to achieve your objective. Whether you shop on a budget, live a hectic lifestyle or fancy yourself as the next Gordon Ramsey, there are meal options to suit you.
